It might just be way worse than we thought

American Athletic Conference vs the Power 5 conferences and its worse than I thought. I guess we are trying to prove we don't belong. After Temple beat Vandy there was hopes, but those hopes have been quickly dashed as UCF, SMU, Tulsa, USF, Tulane, East Carolina and Memphis have all lost to their respective power 5 opponents. For those of you counting that makes the AAC 1-7 against the power 5 conferences being outscored 267-164. if you add in the 1a independents? 1-9 being outscored 333-198. In those 9 losses, 7 times more than 30 points were scored, 3 times more than 40 and Oklahoma hung 52 on Tulsa. Good Grief.

Can't worry about it.  Best case is for USF to win the conference and hope we get called up to the big leagues one day.  Can't worry about what we can't control.

Agreed, very small sample. Very promising for us in conference though. We need to focus on us more than the conference right now.

We have arrived folks,  Those numbers sound Like Big 10 stats to me.   

 

 

Agree though Too early in the season to get freaked out,  Need more data. Will see how it plays out when OOC games and bowl games are complete to make assessment.
