FYI. They gave club access tickets to tickets standing there. TSA took care of us. USF never even showed up after calls from people here and from the ticket information desk. No help. Really makes me question the $10,000 + dollars I've spent over the years...

I went back to the ticket area I have Brad and no one from USF had showed up.

I wish someone would call me..... I want them to fix this not me. They had no issue cashing my check and amibel or ericwould would would would have been available to help.

So you realized an hour before kickoff that your tickets (that I presume you had prior to today) didn't have club access?

 

Glad you got in, but sounds like an issue that could have been addressed before today.

dont the tickets usually have a special stamp on them for club access?  i haven't had my tickets in a few years but that is how it use to be.

They do ... I had the same problem a couple of years ago where they didn't stamp them, a mistake probably because we're not in a $1k section. Called John Lewis as soon as I received them and got it taken care of.

 Shocking that no one, one hour before a Saturday game, was available.

Just like anything you buy/get/are subscribed to, you should always immediately check and verify that what you received is what you ordered.
