So my assumption is that means higher-quality then in NC St and Maryland. And those are not bad home and home sets.

I guess the other question would be whether it's 1 and 1?

Arizona and ASU both in Harlan's old Pac12 and both with former Big East coaches and history with the Bulls and the southeast.

I don't know ... he was talking about his numerous connections in the interview so maybe something's there ... although, don't often hear about Pac 12 teams coming this far east in regular season, especially for a, um, different level program. Let's see what kind of magic Harlan can weave, though.
