This isn't stunning at all. And, some kids want to go away for college. I know I did.

Someone go ask George Campbell how great Michigan is. And secondly, until we win an NC or join a real conference, we won't sniff a 5 star kid. Even if he is local. What I CAN say about this year, is that many recruits are waiting to commit until they see how we play. Many have us in their top 3 to top 5, but if we have a bad year again, these kids will go elsewhere. Had a 'crootin source give me some of that info today. "but there's definitely not a whole lot of momentum on the recruiting trail IMO. It won't be as good as last year's class unless we do very well in 2014." I think if we get the 3 star talent to start winning, the 4's will come to elevate. Local 5s eventually. But obviously 5 stars aren't going to ignore much better programs without some confidence we'll win. It has to start with winning with the players we can get.
