TB plays in, arguably, the toughest division of the 4 teams.

Definitely an arguable point.  Just depends on how TB's QB situation will be this year.  Seems we have a ton of weapons now.  Defensively if we stay healthy, we're solid.

Bucs.

Tough call since all have no guarantees at QB, and arguably Tannehill is the best QB given those teams. Miami's o line is still suspect though. Browns lost their best receiver and unless they can convince Lebron to play tight end they're going to struggle. Bills D and Bucs D should be stout, but I think Bucs are more complete.

The Phins. I think their defense will be improved, and Tannehill has a few more options to throw to besides Hartline and Wallace. Brandon Gibson or Armon Binns can step up to be a solid #3 WR.
