Wouldn't be a shock to see him land at UT if he's ok with a downstep, his cousin plays there.

I think LeDay wants to play, not sure the talent level is low enough at Texas for LeDay to get any meaningful minutes.

UTampa, he spends quite a bit of time over there as well.

OK

Zach LeDay! â€@ZachLeDay3 ·2 hrs

Wanna thank god for blessing me in my learning experience at USF, but is it time 4 me to move on and continue my career else where #godbless

Frees up a schollie, so hopefully Coach O can upgrade (no offense to LeDay, but he peaked with us as a freshman, IMO).

The writing was on the wall for LeDay. His time was up here.

My feelings exactly.  Nice kid, but..................

One thing I'll say about Zack LeDay is that he was the guy who showed real emotion on the court.  He was the one who raised is arms to get the crowd into the game and pumped his fists when a teammate made a play.

Best of luck and success to Zach, wherever he ends up.

I do agree with a earlier post that it's time to cut ties with OMG.  I don't see him ever contributing on the court.

BUT>>>we don't cut players for lack of performance (i.e. break contracts), so I suppose we have 2 more years.  Maybe new coaches can help him get more meaningful minutes.

I feel like Musa is also just taking up a schollie that could be used on a new recruit. How can you be a three point specialist that can't shoot threes.

Gonna miss Zach. During conference play he really started to find his game again. He started the year terribly.  But he ended hustling, rebounding, and defending which is what we needed from him.

He was also the guy thrown into the 5 hole a lot his freshman year because of the Waverly Austin debacle and had to constantly bang against a lot larger bodies ... Would be great if he did up at UT.
