Per a few tweets....guy has had bad luck with injuries and wish him nothing but the best but really? His own injuries kept him off field and now he bails? Another Holtz recruit for sure

In ref to that last RT, according to a report by @joshnewberg247, #USF DB Chris Bivins has decided he will transfer at the end of the season

Thanks Bivins for your work here, go bulls.

I have a feeling the coaching staff is looking to fill their roster with players that fit their scheme, mentally and physically, and I hope they succeed at that, and I'll leave it at that.
