Oregon State can recruit Florida all they want. And probably get a kid or two every year. However, they'd be better off tapping into California (both HS and juco) than trying to convince kids to move 3,000 miles to play for mid/lower pac12 team.

I could see him staying home if his folks have enough sway and would rather he play right down the road
