I think CWT, Reaves and Coop have recruited their asses off and there is a line of talent down the office hall trying 2 get in. We are gonna bloom by keeping the skill guys home. Everyone has feasted on them for years, now it's our turn at the table. Yummm.

I've never seen us recruit this thoroughly before. Having talented kids being held up isn't something I am used to seeing on our recruiting board. Raheem and a lot of the Tampa talent really want in here now. I hope we have room for all of em.

I don't recall a group this strong this early in a recruiting season.  Apparently, CWT is saying the right things to get the local talent excited about the bus ride.

I just talked to someone at Largo HS, unrelated.  We got to talking USF football, and he told me we're getting two good ones, in Stewart & Hernandez, and that Harvey was possible.  He also told me he's the younger brother of Brynn Harvey, solid RB at UCF.  Wonder if that sways him toward UCF.

Mike, I'm sharing a conversation, not trying to read tea leaves or between any premium lines.  I don't even really know if we want him or he us.

 

Lastly, and I mean absolutely no disrespect, but if you think you know for certain where a 17 year old rising senior is headed, I'd be stunned.  I'm sure some are locks for whatever reason, and don't waiver, but it sure seems 7 months from NSD that even the most "firm" commitment is subject to waffle.  Where ever you think he is headed, there could be a more appealing school ready to offer late in the game.  But we'll see.

 

Again, I appreciate your insight, and don't want to appear to be sparring...just my 2 cents.
