It appeals to traditional aged freshmen students who are not from the Tampa Bay area. IE - your family from out of state comes and checks up on you. The game is picked (in the past at least) based on the date and not the opponent. They want something from late September to mid October, so that the kids who are home sick or slacking off have a chance for their families to make a positive impact on their academics. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
