Resign? no chance anyone in their right mind walks away from all that money. He is either bought out or gets the whole thing.

but your bill board is probably the most effective route to go if this actually happens. everything else would make USF look like crap and we would be an even bigger laughing stock to the rest of the state (the country could give a crap).
