... even though it's not the 45K seats and domed originally talked about. Looks pretty nice ...

30K with plenty of potential to add on.  I like it, nice clean look.

looks great! they didn't need that dome.

looks like it's within a stone's throw of the intercoastal...pretty neat actually. i love stadiums near the water.

i like their idea of integrating the one area into a student center in order to keep generating revenue through food/drink sales while the students can relax. also, the recruit center is nice too. usf should take notes if they want an OCS stadium...having it available to other uses like this or how FSU uses it with attached classrooms can really help in the pricing, because they can get the educational money if there's a "classroom" building attached.

I may be mistaken but I think that loophole was closed after the Doak remodeling ...

dang.

well if anything, not necessarily use it to get more funds, but they could use funds already set aside for an educational building to build that portion that attaches to the stadium, which in essence might build part of an outside wall or something...every bit helps.

Nice step up for FIU.  should help with fans and recruiting,  May make them a force in the BELT.

If I'm not mistaken, FAU based their design off of UCF's. From the look of the renderings, however, it looks like they've improved on some of the facade to make it look a little different. Hopefully, FAU's doesn't wobble when the stadium gets into a zombie nation frenzy.  ;D

I'd prefer an enclosed bowl, better for noise. I didn't know they considered building a dome, horrible idea and would have made future expansion more difficult. Good for them, all Universities should be playing on campus. Wonder when it will open, I think it was scheduled for this Fall several years ago but kept getting delayed.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
