98.7 is going to be big for USF. I for one have only listened to Rays games on 620 since the conversion.ET, I agree with what you said in the other thread about Bulls Nation getting behind 98.7. We can help steer the station and programing if we push for it. I'm hoping they will also pick up basketball, baseball, and hell maybe ever some of the big soccer and softball games

That intersection can be a zoo that time of day so those not in the area should plan accordingly ... parking could be a bit tricky, too, if it gets popular.
And what the hell are you doing in Temple Terrace??

I believe the basketball games are already slated to be on 98.7 and the baseball, soccer and softball games will be on 1010 IIRC.

That's somewhat disturbing... there's two gas stations, a Kanes Furniture(my sister works there) and gentleman's movie thearter.... Exactly where do you work? LOL
I'm kidding... assuming you're working in the old mall?

I didn't realize the two wouldn't always be simulcast.

Not really to me. Went to a good number or shows last year for football and basketball. There's just no atmosphere there for the show; students passing through, hanging out and shooting pool, not really caring about the show. Plus, I don't recall seeing many people coming from off campus for it.

Makes sense ... Lots of Bulls fans in Temple Terrace so I can see why they picked there, plus it's not far from campus for students who do want to go.
