Apparently took a shot at USF's meal plan, explaining how he's adding muscle.

Mike Loyko â€@NEPD_Loyko 10 hrs #USF DE/OLB Aaron Lynch is up to 260 pounds while training at API. Targeted weight is 265. Wasn't a fan of USF meal plan. #NFLDraft

Maybe not a parting shot, and if it's valid, hopefully Taggart & Co, are looking into what improvements can be made. I've always thought our guys were smaller than most foes, but maybe that's an area of focus now.

Lynch was small because hs slacked off. Giddens and others got bigger.

always "thought"? Our guys ARE smaller than our foes

Our opponents look like elephants, our guys look like telephone poles.

I can see it from the end zone. They're legs are bigger, shoulders are wider, arms are bigger, for the past 2 years it looked like the JV squad playing against varsity.

These are high schoolers trying to cut because spring break is coming up. They need protein, fats, carbs, veggies. Load these athletes up! If they are underfed, they won't get any gains from the gym

At least he's being told that he's small and needs to do something about it. This can only help his draft stock. I hope he gets there for his sake, just wish he would have realized it LAST YEAR at this time.

The USF meal plan worked for a certain NFL player named George Selvie....

I have heard from multiple members of this football team that we lack a nutritionist on the football staff, which is something all the other big schools have.
