For anyone that has been over by UCF, The Plaza where the bar Knight Library(moved down the street), Fubar, & Lazy Moon were in front of the main entrance to the campus on University Boulevard got leveled a few months ago and is now a construction site. It won't be ready by the USF game this Fall but when it's done it will be a mixed use residential with street level being retail and restaurants. Here's a video rendering of the project (Plaza on University) . The University Commons Plaza on Corporate Boulevard in front of the Greek Row entrance to UCF is the new center of activity for now while that project is getting built. The UCF Gameday site also has free parking and other information. Also an FYI on the list of places from the link on the 1st page, the MOAT is probably the most family friendly all UCF places on that list and makes really good burgers

UCF had a local band write  a stadium anthem ...a year...maybe two or so after the last time USF visited.
