Update on #8

Just wanted to let everyone know how Matt is doing. As some have said, he is off crutches and got his brace off also. He is about two weeks ahead of schedule, which is great, as he is getting ready for pro day. All is going well. This is something that is most players worst nightmare, but Matt has turned it into a challenge to work hard and overcome this to make it to the next level. Docs say all is good with the healing and his rehab is getting harder every day, but not one complaint from him. As far as a getting in a game for final play, albeit cool, dont hold your breath LOL. He will be out on field for Sr. night, as will our family. I have talked to alot of people and to those that I missed, again, thanks for being a fan and the support that has been sent Matts way truly shows what USF fans are made of. Thanks again. See yall Sr. night be loud for #8.

Very glad Matt is recovering well and ahead of expectations. Wish he could have finished up his senior year at the helm, but know that he is supporting and helping BJ as much as he can from the sidelines.

Look forward to seeing him on Senior Day.

The Kid is just a warrior! I wish him the best in his rehab as i have been through it twice and know how grueling it can be.
